The Barntrup Wind Tower project in Germany required specialist expertise to deliver complex post-tensioning works as part of the tower construction.

To enable installation of the PT cables, a gantry system was set up on the ring beam, providing the support needed for accurate placement. Cable stressing was then carried out using a multi-strand jack, ensuring the structure’s strength and stability.

Our involvement focused on clearly demonstrating this methodology, highlighting how the sequence and equipment would be deployed effectively to meet both technical requirements and project safety standards.
